Missions
- Take charge of the preparation of construction sites with regard to the administrative and technical part
- Represent the company to customers and respond to their grievances and requirements
- Manage and supervise your team on a daily basis
- Participate in progress meetings, you are the privileged contact for customers
- Ensure the closure of works: control of the delivery of the work and final invoicing
- You are responsible for the quality of the work produced, the presentation of plans and compliance with deadlines
Profile
- You have a background in Engineering or Technician in civil engineering, public works or equivalent
- You have significant initial experience in construction management
- You are autonomous, rigorous, like the field and human contact and are results-oriented
- You speak French fluently, German and Luxembourgish are real assets
- You have a B license, BE and C1 are advantages
- You are proficient in MS Office IT tools as well as the use of ERP
